Not sending email to my subscribers

    Hello,

    From the last month, the subscribers of my website aren’t receiving an email, and even the option to try to send a test mail (settings > send with…) is not working.

    I can read the word “pong” when I click on the url of the state of the system.

    Two months ago was working, so I don’t know what is happening.

    We had the same problem two weeks ago: we decided to switch back to our smtp server for the subscription mail sending for the time being, and use the MailPoet service only for sending the newsletter…

    I’ve got the same issue, all working fine, but started to get reports of non delivery to hotmail, yahoo and btinternet addresses last week. From looking at the click reports no newsletters have been opened since July 11th.

    Ran a test with mailtester and its not being delivered. The site affected is ukipdaily.com
