Not sending emails

Hi, the emails weren’t working well before the update to 4.7 and they certainly don’t seem to be working now.

If I just let it send the default emails, those go through. But if I set up any customization for the emails, they aren’t being sent.

Is anyone else having this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
