Not sending emails

  • Hello,

    I am having the following problem:

    The emails for the customers are not working. Let me give you an example,
    If I create a new order an email should be sent to the customer automatically, but it is not being sent.

    If I deactivate the Kadence plugin, and do the above step, which is create an order, the email is sent.

    I have no error logs so I am bit lost to what can the problem be.
