    Your plugin works great, but I can’t get it to email the confirmations after placing orders. Here is some more info… The site’s currently in development. Still in test mode on stripe. Tried a a couple different send from email addresses in Stripe Checkout > Settings > Emails. Checked spam folders. Tried HTML and Plain Text. I tried turning on the WP Stripe Checkout Debug Log. No errors. No nothing. Is there a log I can check that might show an error? And finally, here is the settings screen… https://prnt.sc/vt01tj

    @robert239, Does the debug log file show that the email was sent by WordPress?

    Same problem for me. The debug log file is also on and nothing appears inside.

    Do you see any content in the log if you reset it?

    Not for me; I also not see any orders in the “all orders” section. Are the emails sent in test mode? I tested only this mode at the moment.

    @linvo, If you do not see any reset message (after clicking the Reset Log button), either the plugin is not being able to write to the log file or your server is blocking access to it. Please connect to your site via FTP, download the file from the plugin directory and see if there is any content in it.
