• Hi, I’m using the host’s default mail function. It’s working fine with WordPress emails as well as 3 other pluggins but not with Leaky Wall. When I install email log plugin I see all the emails sent from other modules but I dont see any attempt from Leaky Wall, not even a failed attempt.

    thanks for your help again

Please make sure you have a subject line and content set on your new subscriber email under Leaky Paywall > Settings > Email tab.

If there is no subject, then the email won’t send.

Also make sure the email isn’t disabled.

Thanks for the quick response time it’s really appreciated. Subject is there and the checkbox is unchecked to enable sending email to admin as well as to subscriber.

Can you send me a link to your registration form so I can test it out?

We’re not using the registration form. The admin creates manually subscriber accounts via the Leaky Paywall > Subscribers page.

Ah, that’s why. The welcome email is only triggered when a user fills out the front end registration form.

Manually adding a subscriber does not trigger the Leaky Paywall welcome email.

It used to work cause the end user has been using it this way for two years. Is that a feature you removed in some update? Anyway to re-add it? I will try the front end registration form and will let you know with the result.

thanks again for the follow up.

We’ll take a look at that functionality and see what we can do.

Perfect. Let me know if I can edit some code to do it.
