    Have this problem with emails not being sent out even though the order is processed and goes through. I can see in the backend admin that the order is under “carts” but it shows as abandoned when the order went through ok. Could this be a bug? And why the auto email is not being sent?

    Hi @stardaug

    I hope that you did not switch to another plugin yet. We plan to release a plugin update in the next few days, which should solve some minor issues.

    Speaking about yours, I’d like to see your automation, the one which you created for orders processed (event, filters and action fields).

    Secondly, I’d like to look into Shopmagic > Carts. Carts are not orders (not yet), and require separate automation, created to recover abandoned carts. Do you have such an automation? If you have, does it work?

    I wasn’t aware this was resolved? You should have inquired again not mark it resolved when it wasn’t. I am a very busy person and don’t have time to do your technical support investigation as well. For now the problem still exists and no updates have fixed it.
