Not sending emails

First off, I would suggest sending a test email to see if the issue is specific to your forms. Please let us know if you are seeing an error message after doing so.

If you aren’t, please try installing a companion plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ to confirm if the sending process is starting in the first place. If they aren’t being sent then they will not appear in the logs.

To confirm if the issue is mailer specific issue, we would recommend setting up a different mailer, for example you can try using SendLayer or Brevo since they offer a free trial and a free tier respectively.

I’m seeing error

503 Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

I fixed it with Brevo!
