Not sending – latest version

    The latest version did not fix the issue that newsletter was always on pause. “Pause and resume” does not work and we are now stuck at 1/3rd of newsletter. Please fix it ASAP.

    UPDATE – took close to 40 minutes to send out 400 odd email.

    To help figure out what’s going on, please tell us a bit more about your MailPoet setup.

    What kind of list are you sending to, and how many subscribers are on the list?

    What email service are you using to send the emails?

    Can you please send us the following information:

    – A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    – Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Please redact any sensitive info you’d like to keep private from that info, as this is a public forum.
