Not sending mail and redirects automatically to the homepage

When I click submit immediately redirects to the homepage with an “id” in the URL like https://example/#wpcf7-f215-o1
No mail sent and no success message.
Ignore the bottom form, just the one without style its from cf7, this is my website project
