Hi,

Since a couple weeks my woocommerce shop insn’t sending mails anymore to my customers.
The webshop owner does receive mails about the purchase.
What can I do to debug this?

Already checked I enabled the emailnotifiction (settins> emails tab)
I’m using WP mail SMTP > sends succesfull emails
Ninja forms are sending mails succesfully as well.
Updated woocommerce to the latest version..

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your shop is not sending the Order Confirmation Email to your customers, however, the New Order email is being sent to the Shop Owner, is that correct?

You could install the WP Mail Logging plugin that will log all outgoing emails so you can see what is being sent.

Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

wp mail logging activated and checked. The ‘missing’ notification mail to the customer is logged overthere.

Fatal error logs

I can send this, but its really long. Has to do with a facebook graph plugin that causes problems. I debuged this for this issue but wasnt the problem.
But I need to take care for this issue after the mail problem ??

PS: when I copied the Status report I temporary switched to php 7.4 instead of 8 because I wanted to try if this would help. But it didnt ??
