Not sending new order confirmations

Ok I’ve googled and searchd and I am stumped so hoping somehow this will work.

I have the plugin installed and its fine sending new account emails to all tests emails I’ve used. I also in woocommerce have it set up to send emails to multiple accounts on my domain email hosted through zoho. All emails to test accounts work fine and come from [ email redacted ] but it doesn’t send the order confirmation emails to [ email redacted ] and the other domain emails I have set up with.

I uses digital ocean ubuntu 16.04 server with wordpress woocommerce and all essentials. I setup the zoho plugin with an email that’s not the control panel owner would that matter the api linked to a non admin within zoho? I’m so confused it works but I’d prefer to get emails when new orders are placed so I don’t have to constantly check. Any help or guidance would be awesome, I feel I’m overlooking something someone might know. Thanks
