    Hi.,

    Looks like your plugin is not sending a new ticket creation confirmation email for guests. I don’t see any option to enable or disable this. Can you please explain how can I do this?

    In the Email settings, you would get an option to enable the auto email.

    I don’t see any option like you mentioned i.e. auto email

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wsdesk_email

    can you please provide where should I look or is this feature is for paid users only??

    Hi,
    The settings for email options, triggers are there only in the premium version.
    Thus, in basic version, when a ticket is created there the customer won’t receive any email notification.
    The customer would receive email notification only when the Agent replies to the ticket.
