Not sending newsletters

  • I just love this plugin, I have been using it for a long time.
    I just transferred my site to a new host. Since then this plugin stopped working.

    Problem is, when I send a test email or real time newsletter. Plugin says email has been sent or you can say it confirms the sending of newsletter, but none of my subscriber recieves it.
    1. Cron job is working
    2. SMPT setting are fine
    3. Email content is fine, as I also tried sending without any content.

    So I am stuck here, Need help

  • MailPoet 2 doesn’t work when the website is migrated and something changes, like the database table names or the domain (or even a change from HTTP to HTTPS). Apparently, the issue you are experiencing is related to the sending method in your new host. I suggest you try other methods, like an SMTP service for example.
