Not Sending Reliably — Very Slow Support

I’m finding that although MP says it sent email, it actually does not. No sign of error or a problem. Emails just did not go out. This has happened several times. So the plugin is not reliable. Take a look at the number of un-answered support issues and how long they go unanswered. The plugin looks very nice and seems to have great features, but if it does not do its core job of sending out emails, which is a critical way to reach your audience, what good is it? Support is slow to respond if they respond at all.
