Not sending response to Gmail accounts

    I’ve got FS Contact Forms installed and use Dreamhost as my hosting service. Whenever someone completes one of my forms, the data is moved to Contact Form DB plug-in correctly, but if the person entering information is using a gmail or yahoo account, I do not get their data. They get an automatic reply from the website, but I do not get the form data. However, if the user uses a “corporate” account, everything works fine (both data loading into the Contact Form DB and email to me).

    I am using a domain email and have disabled all plug-ins except FS Contact Forms and the situation remains the same.

  • I have the same problem! I’m so angry… I’ve to find another plugin ??

    Same here — we’ve not received lots of form submissions, almost all will have come from Gmail or Yahoo email addresses. We use Dreamhost too.

    Does anyone know if there’s a way to retrieve the submissions, or were they never sent? Do we even know at what point the information was lost?

    Grrr…
