I get a “success” message but, nothing is making it to Salesforce. I’ve tried numerous forms and settings: web to lead and web to case, using google recaptcha and using the built in captcha, with cache plugin deactivated.
I enabling debug within the form itself. I didn’t see any errors on screen and I didn’t receive an email.
I checked Salesforce debug logs and there isn’t one for today.
    Help!
    A test form is here.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Success just means Salesforce responded with “200 OK” – it almost always responds 200 OK (unless the OrgID is wrong).

That does mean the data was sent to Salesforce — or you’d be seeing an error message.

Once it’s sent to Salesforce, however, there’s many things that can go wrong.

    Some things to check:

Is it really not being saved? The “new” lead view can be confusing – entering a lead with a unique string and then searching for it is a good way to verify that it’s really not there and not just hidden away in a different layout.

Do you have the captcha setting on at Salesforce? This plugin requires that be off, as it uses its own recaptcha code. If Salesforce is expecting a captcha challenge and none is sent, the lead will be silently discarded.

Are there lead validation rules causing leads to be rejected? This should result in an email in debug mode… but it appears it does not always send it (or it’s not always received).

Hopefully this helps, but short of getting into both your WP site and SF account, there’s not much else I can do… and that’s outside the scope of free support.
