• I use this plugin for Instagram Feed with Optimole. The lazy loading function does not work. The settings are often forgotten after configuration.

Requires snippet to be added to php, but support is not responsive to provide it.

Otherwise is quite easy to be configured.

    Hey @piotrk87,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Regarding the issue you’ve encountered with the lazy loading function, we want to assure you that this feature is indeed on our radar and will be included in an upcoming update. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work on implementing this improvement.

In the meantime, you may find it helpful to test disabling JavaScript image loading. You can do this by navigating to Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced tab and turning off JavaScript Image Loading. This may help mitigate the issue until the lazy loading feature is officially rolled out.

Additionally, you mentioned that some settings are often forgotten after configuration. We’d like to assist you further with this concern. Could you please specify which settings you’re experiencing issues with? It’s possible that this could be due to a plugin conflict or another underlying issue that we can address.

Regarding the snippet for the CDN, we apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced in obtaining it. We want to ensure that all users have access to the necessary resources for optimal plugin performance. If you require the CDN snippet or any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly, and we’ll be more than happy to provide it.

Once again, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve our plugin and provide a better experience for all our users.
