NOT Show Based On Role?

Hi,

How can I set the message bar NOT to appear for a particular role?

For example, I have Woocommerce + Woocommerce Subscriptions installed and I don’t want the message bar to show for members who have an active Woocommerce subscription.

Any help? This is kinda urgent.
