    Hi Sdk,

Clearing the API cache simply deletes the MailChimp API data stored on your site. Once cleared, the API will be re-queried for data and re-cached.

Did you just create these two lists or did they previously exist prior to deleting the cache?

    Thanks,
    Evan

they have been there with the others since the beginning – they were also working on the old version of the plugin

i tried to migrate to the new plugin but it just hung and never completed so all my lists/forms were missing.

so i had to manually enter them all again.

    screenshots of both lists below

the two lists that are misisng are

    Aspen Community School: Principal’s Blog
    Aspen Community School: 1-2 Classroom

I even added a new list the other day “Garden Club” and it’s showing up just fine.

If you go to create a new form do you see them in the drop down list in the right hand side? Is that the only page where the lists are not appearing?

Are only 25 being listed there? I believe I have an idea as to what might be going on…

I believe there’s some sort of default limit set by MailChimp on that API request.

Are you able to email me at [email protected] and I can help get that issue squared away for you.

I’ll need to add that to our list of features for the next release.

    Thanks!

We have pushed out a resolution for this. The maximumum number of lists that can be returned in a single API call is 100.

Anyone facing the issue mentioned above, please ensure that you have the latest release of the plugin.

Thanks @sdk for reporting the issue here and giving us adequate time to resolve things.

I am getting a related error but I only have about 8 lists.. the newest list that was just added today doesn’t show up after refreshes. How can we get it to appear?

    Thank you,

    Hi,

What is the related error? All lists have been increased to 100 per API Query.

If you have 8 lists, you should not be running into the same issue.

If the list that you added today isn’t appearing, please clear your sites API cache and re-check the edit forms page. You should then see the newly created list in the dropdown.
