Not Showing Chat Box – Just Title Text

  • The chat box is not showing. Just the Contact title text?
    We checked Facebook and “allow people to send private messages is turned on for this business page.
    Do you know why the message/chat box isn’t showing?

    Hi @jferriga
    I tried to visit your Facebook page but I cannot see it because it is blocked, I presume by nationality (I’m from Italy).
    The Facebook page box does not work if you have restricted access by nationality.
    To work on the website, you don’t need to have any kind of limitations.
