Not showing Country name/code field

Hello,
First of all thank you for this amazing plugin, really helpful.
I use the plugin on several websites and all work fine. But on one of my website the flag does’nt displaying and I have an error when I try to valid contact form :
https://www.cabinet-d-expertcomptable.com/fiscalite-comptabilite/impot-societes/charges-deductibles/In my debug console I have this message : “204f10e….js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: wpcf7_utils_url is not defined” can you please solve this, or a way to use a default country ?
