Not showing coupon information in orders page

I’m trying this plugin for the first time, and I have some questions…

– I’ve configurated the coupon
– I’ve edited an existing product, so a coupon is created when buying this product
– I’ve made a trial buying this product

Then I go to the orders page in woocommerce:
– I can select the order with the checkbox, and then “Generate plugins” and click apply, and I receive the email as expected.

But the problem is that in the orders page, I don’t see any information regarding this coupon, as in the video, where it says that the coupon is “Sent” and ID: XXX. It just shows “1 coupon bought” under the first coupon column. “Estado de los cupones” and “Cupones” is empty.

How can I fix that?
