Not showing Customers shipping option

  • Hello, we’re currently using this plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/express-checkout/

    However upon a customer placing an order, it does not appear to display what shipping option they had chose anywhere, which is causing a massive pain in the ass.

    How would I go about fixing this?
    or would someone be willing to fix it and send it to me? I’m happy to send you some ￡￡$$ ??

    Does shipping show up when *not* using that plugin? If so, then you’d need to ask the developers of that plugin for more support on this.

    Yes, Riaan. They show up when using the Regular WC checkout.
    However we can’t use that due to IPN problems.

    I have just noticed that the Shipping option shows up when the order is Pending Payment, however when the order has gone to processing it does not show.

    I have contacted the Author and posted on their support, however the plugin was last updated 2 months ago so maybe it’s dead.
    That’s why I’m seeking support from fellow members on here.
