Not showing entire picture

I just set up a gallery with your image and settings and it loaded it at the right size fine. I’d say try regenerating your images again. What plugin are you using for that? Try also setting up a brand new test gallery and re-uploading the original image. https://cloudup.com/cB2Tk13qQoy

I tried setting up a gallery on a different site, and everything works fine there

It must be something wrong with the theme I use, I guess. It’s like thumbnails max-height are set to 360px

I tried setting add_image_size to “false” in functions.php: https://www.metalexpressradio.com/new/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/function-file2.png

and then regenerating images. And now the gallery will view the whole image in the gallery.

This might be the right way to do it?

Yeah, sounds like your theme is overriding the image sizes as you’ve found with the add_image_size() function. You can simply remove it from your theme if you’re not using it. Glad you found the solution!
