• Hi! I have product filters setup and working on my site smiwraps.com/shop created with Divi. I am currently working on a development site (also Divi) where I am merging smiwraps.com with smicoldtherapy.net. I imported the shop page onto the new merged site. I’ve had to change the category ids for the plugin because they changed on the new site. Other, than that, the setup is the same. The products are set up in a Divi Woocommerce Shop module. On the new shop page, the sub categories show and you can select them but then the loader wheel just keeps spinning, then finally stops and nothing has happened. No filtered results show on the page ( I do have it set to display on same page).

If I have the page open within the wordpress dashboard (without the divi visual builder being open) the filter is working. Can’t get it to work anywhere else though. I’ve tried it on multiple browsers.

Plugin, divi theme and WordPress are all updated to the most recent versions. Site is hosted on WPEngine.

I would really appreciate some help with this! Thanks so much!

    Hi,

There are CORS errors for the filter on both of your website, see screenshot: https://share.zight.com/rRumogkd please contact your hosting provider and let them know about this issue.

Well, I added categories to my filter and now it’s not working again!! If I check a category, the loader wheel spins but then nothing happens. If I refresh the page with the category still checked, then it will come up with the correct products showing. Could you please check it out again for me? Thanks so much!

You are still having quite a lot of server errors, see screenshot: https://share.zight.com/04udJwbw could you contact your hosting provider about this?

The site is now live and the filter still isn’t working correctly. I would really appreciate some help with this. You can see it at smicoldtherapy.net/smi-shop. The results don’t show on the page unless you refresh it.

    Hi,

Could you try switching your theme to a default WooCommerce Theme, like StoreFront and see how it works then? Your theme might not be compatible with AJAX filtering, also try not to use any Page Builder for the shop page, just check the default WooCommerce Shop (for testing purposes, then you can try with page builder + default Theme), so if it works with default theme it is surely a compatibility issue with your current theme.
