After updating, no Galleries are shown anymore.

no error is shown on the frontend, but when trying to edit the site in backend, I get:

    Hi @lenareif,

I am sorry to hear of the problem. Please update to NextGen Plus 1.15.0 to have this issue resolved.

@mihaiimagely There are plenty of users out there running NextGen in legacy mode. Now that you are no longer supporting legacy mode, your plugin breaks our websites. Forcing us to upgrade for $99 to get our websites back to work is like taking us hostages. That’s not ethical. You can disable the plugin without the breaking of the entire installation. I actually had planned to upgrade, but after seeing the amount of havoc you are wreaking, I prefer no gallery. You should roll out an update which fixes the mess you have caused. Seriously, you can do better than that!

    Hi @ectophob,

I am sorry for the confusion it has created. NextGen Gallery 3.50 and newer versions contain major code refactoring (we needed to go with it so we could have a good foundation for the future improvements planned) and the backwards compatibility is technically not possible at this time.

This being said, you can choose to roll back to NGG 3.41 that can be downloaded from here to continue to use the legacy Plus.
