Also, you can enable debug and check the log file. If you still can’t figure it out, you can send the log file to me via contact us page

1.checking your API key if its valid for sandbox or live API
2.checking your Pickup Suburb and Pickup Postcode
3.checking your weight or volume, make sure do not over the maximum

All products have to have a length ad width on top of weight? There are 750 products, that’s why I’m double checking.

The length, width, height are not requirements but will get a less accurate quote. Also, If you would like to assign a value to them （ length, width, height）, then need to make sure you have values for all of them.

if it’s still not working, you can enable debug mode and send the log file to me.

I sent you an email through your contact form, but since there is no option for a file attachment, it might go to your junk mail. Please advise.

It is caused by the empty weight of the product. Shipping method is displaying after assigned the weight.

Not true. The product link I’m testing on, and pretty sure I gave it to you, has weight and dimensions. There are 750 products on that site so it’s going to take a while to update all of them and before updating anything, I want to make sure the plugin is actually working. Adding weight is one thing, adding dimensions is extra work when you have that many products.

Checked the link again, but in a private window and I’m pleased to report the it is now working. I’ll give this plugin 5 stars for awesome customer support.
