Not showing in media library

Hi there,

I seem to have a problem where downloaded images are stored in the uploads folder and DB, but I can not see them in the media-library. I have disabled the plugins one by one, re-installed and updated core, changed folder and file permissions, disabled and enabled allow_url_fopen settings, my max upload_size is set to 256MB, …

Do you have any more ideas?
