Not showing in some brwosers

Hi

I implemented the plugin in the site https://www.stil-emotion.com/. And it works, partially. The Cookie bar does not show up with firefox, and my customer told me the same for chrome (where it works for me…)
Is there any setting or other way to get the thing working reliably for all systems and browser?

I have nothing in the console or any errors…
