Not showing new posts

Installed Hyper Cache, but every time a new post is being published, the homepage does not show the new post to NOT logged in users.
If I’m logged in, then I can see the latest post. Tried on different browsers, cleared cache on Hyper Cache and browsers, same result.
Any ideas? Thank you.
