Not showing on checkout page

Dear Sebastien,

I have a problem with the plugin. When developping the site citytrips4kids.nl

The checkbox isn’t displayed and I haven’t got a clue why. I read all support items in this topic but couldn’t find a solution.

I have a a checkout page that is created with the default shortcode of woocommerce [woocommerce_checkout]. Some billing fields are disabled with the plugin WooCommerce Afrekenen Manager. I only have name and email left.

I disabled this plugin when finding a solution but it didn’t helped. The shipping fields are disabled in the woocommerce settings page.

Also unhooked the following add_action(‘woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form’, array(&$this, ‘on_checkout_page’));

Still no result. Can you help me please? Is there a way to put a
<?php do_action(‘woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form’, $checkout ); ?> line of code inside the woocommerce form-checkout.php or form-billing.php?
