Not showing on desktop and not using Tag Manager

    Hi there,

    First thanks for this great plugin. I have two questions about it that I can not find an answer for.

    First: the plugin is showing as should on mobile, tablet and laptop. But it is not showing on my desktop. I use Chrome as browser with Windows 10 installed. Both Windows and Chrome are up to date. Our site uses the latest PHP 7.4 version, WordPress latest version and all plugins up todate. Ofcourse tried clearing cache both from Swift Performance and browser. Still doesn’t show on desktop. Any idea about this ‘problem’?

    Second: when going trough the setup wizard it selects the use of Google Tag Manager. We do have a gtag in our header, but only for Google Analytics. We don’t use Google Tag Manager. Is it one and the same or do I need to change some settings here?

    For question 1: https://snipboard.io/ZP24Ba.jpg, I can see an banner on Chrome/Win10. Do you have strict privacy settings that might block block cookie banners, or an extension with similar settings?

    For question 2: You can select Google Analytics, instead of Tag Manager. You can also configure you Analytics account in Complianz. You can remove other implementations after configuration.

    Thanks for the swift reply Aert. Will check my privacy setting, but it might have something to do with the Chrome extension ‘I don’t care about cookies’, witch automaticly accepts cookies, so you don’t have to click them everytime. Thats the cullprit I think.

    Advise on using setting Google Analytics done. Thanks so much Aert. Bedankt Aert.
