Not showing on homepage

I installed the plugin, and it was exactly what I was looking for with the exception of one thing… the stories on my home page (Just the latest) does not have the links on it. If I click to a particular story, they are there as should be.

Any idea how I might fix it so that the share links show up under the story on the homepage as well?
