    Did you manage to sort this out? It’s certainly not an issue I have seen before as the Intercom plugin makes no distinction between post types.

    Have you tried de-activating all other plugins and switching to the default theme? Then re-activate one by one to see if one of the plugins or your theme is conflicting.
