Not showing on shop page

    Variation Swatches was working great – but I’ve noticed it has now stopped doing so. I’ve tried to check plugin compatibility and theme compatibility (WPAstra) but not identified any that are causing the issue. I’ve tried changing options under appearance>customise, but not luck either.

    Any other way of diagnosing the problem? Example page where we have the issues.

    I’ve checked the URL you provided, and it seems to be for the product page. However, I noticed that the swatches are not appearing there.

    Upon further inspection, I observed that there is no option to select variations available on the product page. Typically, if swatches are not enabled on the shop page, the default dropdown selection should appear. However, on the product page, neither the swatches nor the default dropdown for selecting variations are visible.

    To confirm, have you made any customizations or created a template for the default product page? Additionally, could you please check if disabling the variation swatches shows the default dropdown?

    Hi,
    disabling the swatches plugin doesn’t show the default dropdown, no… we haven’t made any changes to the default product page beyond the settings in the customiser page…

    By default, the dropdown should appear on the product page so that variation swatches can replace it with the swatches. You mentioned you have checked the plugin and theme compatibility. Can you please follow the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps to identify what is blocking the default dropdown option from appearing?

    Here’s what we can do to make sure:

    Firstly, try to temporarily switch to another theme, like default themes like – Twenty-Twenty or Twenty Nineteen, and check if the error or issue persists.

    Next, you can deactivate all the plugins temporarily except variation swatches and WooCommerce and see if that solves the error. If it does then activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
