Not showing pages as options to publish to?

Hello,
I have this plugin installed on a client site – I had created the Facebook app and had it connected, and everything worked. Then something changed in the last couple months, and it stopped working at some point. All settings were the same, and everything appears to be fine on the FB App side…so I am not seeing what the problem is.

– I followed the instructions for creating and connecting the FB app to make sure everything was correct. I created a new app even, in case something was old or funky with the previous app but got the same results.
– I deleted the plugin and started fresh to make sure I went through all steps again.
– The client and myself have each gone through the authorization process. I’m an admin to the FB page we’re trying to connect to, but it doesn’t show the page as an option once I successfully authorize the application. (I had successfully done this back around August 2016 when initially setting up the plugin)

Is there anything on the hosting side that could be blocking the connection? Please let me know if there are any ideas or things I should check.
