Not showing PDF upload full load

    The PDF but not showing in the tabby tabs.
    Currently we are testing two plugins for PDF.

    1. PDF Embedder (working better). But this doesn’t show pdf. Upon pressing F12 on firefox, it start showing the pdf. Before that, it is just showing a small box.

    2. Embed any document (Not so well). This plugin shows empty space. And we don’t have any method to get the pdf. It’s download button opens the PDF.

    The issue is not permanent. Sometimes, it loads. Sometimes. it doesn’t load.
    We are about to start marketing ads. We have no clue if the customer would be able to see this or not.

    I am using WP Rocket, I have excluded the js files of PDF Embedder. I also using cloudflare.
    Kindly let me know if any more info is required. This is a very urgent that needs attention. Our whole website structure is based on this tabs plugin.
    More than 2000 products have been uploaded with synchronized datasheets, outlines and plots.

    This can occur when the content inside the tab is rendered with zero dimensions when it is not visible on page load.

    Which of the two embedding plugins is being used on the page in your link? If that the one you prefer to use?

    Once I have had a look at the embedding plugin, it *might* be possible for me to create a helper plugin specific to your usage to force the content to show, however due to constraints on my time this custom work would be beyond the scope of the free support I can provide on the forum.     We prefer PDF Embedder Plugin. However, the issue is consistent with both plugins. I fear, the issue is with the caching and minification of js.
    As I excluded the js files of PDF Embedder, it is working fine. Since Cloudflare, WP Rocket is working, I highly doubt the issue lies in it.
    We have a stage website. I share whatever information is required for you to help us troubleshoot the problem.

    To confirm whether the issue is due to caching and minification, check whether it embeds correctly and consistently when the caching and minification plugins are deactivated.

    Ok.
    Let me test this on the stage. I will deactivate the caching and minifaction plugins. If the issue is gone, I will get back to you to help me correct the configs.
