Not Showing plugin Activations on subsites

This is missing for me too. I’m using 4.6.1–en_GB with PHPv 7.0.11 using the latest version of your plugin: Version 1.3.6.

I have fixed this problem, currently not published. But maybe you can test it and give me feedback?
