Not showing quantity on packingslips and invoice

    Hi,

    On a website of a client I changed some prices and variations of variable products.
    But now the quantity is not showing anymore on the packingslips and invoice of the variable products.On the place where the quantity should stand I see now: NVT.

    I can still see the quantity when I see the order when I am logged-in but not anymore on the pdf’s.

    Do you now what I did wrong?

    Hello Janine,
    Could you show us a screenshot of the “NVT” text in the PDF (preferably the whole page) as well as the WooCommerce backend showing these quantities? You can post images to https://imgbb.com/ (and use <img> tags here on www.ads-software.com if you wish, although just a link is fine too). Our plugin does not substitute quantities for “NVT”, so I wonder if there’s a third party plugin affecting the output.
    What are you seeing in the emails sent to you (shop manager) and/or your customers?

    Finally, if you can include the System Report here that may allow us to check if we see anything that could affect the output. You can find this under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report.

    Hi Ewout,

    I am sorry, this was added by a collega of my, this was a year ago a wish from the client, so I removed the code from the functions and everything is working fine!
