Not showing rating

Hello

I have a question.
I have installed plugin and used Item Review option for some of my posts.

That was maybe 3 weeks ago. When I test links on https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets it shows rating. But in google search it shows without rating.

In webmasters tool I also get:

Error: Incomplete microdata with schema.org.

Can this error be a problem why it is not showing rating?
