Not showing results of FAQ plugin

Could you please also share the screenshot of the shortcode content and what term you want to search using the search bar?

Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so I can troubleshoot it?

I would like to search the whole FAQ including heading text, list of doctors or phone numbers. The records in the database are indexed correctly and post_id is matching with the right post.

To make shortcode content searchable, Please try building the index from the plugin index option by enabling the “Expand shortcodes before indexing” option and using the Inverted index search engine in the search form as shown in the below screenshots.

Please note that not all shortcode cotent are searchable as it depends on how the plugin renders shortcode content.

Thanks, I tried your advice but still no results from FAQs. What I found quite odd is that the things I want to search ARE in the database table as indexed records. So I assuming that indexing process is correct. I would by happy for just heading text of each faq.

No, I can see in yoour shared screenshot that only shortcode is in the index table but not the actual shortcode content that you want to search.
