• Hi, I am sending emails with the plugin and the dashboard says that Sendgrid is sending the emails. However, the emails do not show that they are from the sending address that I inputted. Instead, the default email address that I used during my wordpress install is the one that is showing.

This makes me wonder if send grid is really sending the emails, or if the emails are being sent through my wordpress theme. Your help on this is greatly appreciated.

    Mike

The reply field is also overridden by the default wordpress email. And the header that I input does not show.

    Hi.

We need more information in order to help you solve your problem.

    – When you navigate to the SendGrid Plugin settings page, do any errors show up in the top part of the page?
    – When you click the Update Settings button on the settings page, do any error show up?
    – Can you send an email using the test form on the settings page?
    – Do you have other plugins installed that deal with emails?
    – What WordPress version are you using?
    – What PHP version are you using?

You can find out if an email is sent though SendGrid when you log into the dashboard on SendGrid.com and navigate to Activity. You should see the email on that page.
