    Hello,
    About a week ago, I found this plugin since I wanted a store with weight based shipping. Things were working fine. Today, I tried finalizing my shipping and I got this message on the cart page: https://i.piju.me/o88Z4P1.png

    So I decided to disable the plugin and try normally adding zones and shipping methods, still no luck. The same message was still showing up. I’ve spent hours searching for a possible solution to this problem but no luck.

    Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

    Wordpress version: 4.9.7
    WooCommerce version: 3.4.4
    Weight Based Shipping version: 5.2.1
    PHP version: 7.1.19

    What shipping options did you expect for the order?
    Well, I expected the plugin to calculate the total weight of the products(which is 512.5g) and show the first shipping method, which is the one that says “Under 3kg” (since 512.5g < 3000g) and have a shipping of 1.80 EUROS.

    Total of the order should have been 10.90 + 1.80 = 12.7 EUROS

    What shipping options did you get?
    None.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details.

    Your configuration looks good to me. The issue might be caused by some other plugin of your current theme. To check that, disable all other plugins and switch to the default theme temporarily. If that helps, re-enable the plugins one by one until the issue comes back.

    Hello,

    Yeah, you’re right! I had a feeling a plugin called “Theme Customisations” was the problem, and it was. I deactivated it and it’s showing the right shipping methods twice(That’s because I had it configured twice since it had two places for them to be configured).
