Not showing taxes at all

Hi,

My settings:
Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax.
Displays prices during cart/checkout: including tax.
Shipping tax class: Shipping tax class based on cart items.

But it doesn’t calculate taxes in the cart, the bill, or my reports. What is going wrong?

I tried to change several settings but at the end it never shows taxes.
