Not showing the coming soon page

Maybe you activated whitelist in advanced settings? or otherwise it must be in a conflict with some other plugin…

Mine isnt working either. I just downloaded it, and setup my preferences. I’ve tried it with blacklisted (so a few pages do NOT have the coming soon page showing, and also with it set to the default, where it shows on all pages)… i’ve checked blocked outgoing connections on my server, as well as cleared my cache.. I click the enable switch, which turns green, and then i click to save all settings. it immediately switches back to the red disabled switch, and does not show up on any page.

@cmuk723, don`t you have some security plugin installed? We have similar issue when on/off button in topbar was not working due to a security plugin.

Also could you try to activate CMP via topbar icons?:

@niteo thanks for the reply. I don’t have a security plugin installed at the moment. I also dont even have a topbar icon showing, like the image you shared. I only have access to the settings through my dashboard sidebar, under CMP Settings

@cmuk723 I believe it works now – it was caused by your caching plugin – which causing style issues right now on CMP page – could you flush the cache? But I think it is not compatible with CMP as it minify CSS and JS scripts which are not loading afterwards.

@niteo I didn’t have the cacheing plugin before though. I literally just installed it like an hour ago.. whereas I installed your plugin yesterday. In any case, it’s still not working. Same issue– enable is auto switching back to disabled, and there is no top bar button to click it on/off.

@niteo ugh.. sorry, ok this other one i found is not as good as yours. I really want to use yours, but can’t figure out how to get it to work properly.

@cmuk723 can you confirm you have and use administrator account to your admin?

By default, only admin can access topbar icon, and that’s where the activation settings is being saved – if you don`t have the access to it, it cannot be saved.

If you don’t have admin account – you could set access to Topbar in Advanced settings to different role which you are using:

Yes, I am using an admin account. I also tried using an incognito browser to make sure there wasnt a cache issue (even though ive cleared my cookies)… still . not even showing a top bar, and still immediately disabling after i switch it to enabled.

@cmuk723 OK I think I resolve the issue. As you don`t have top bar for some reason, you should still be able to save the status in CMP Settings.

You can go ahead and download https://niteothemes.com/upload/cmp-coming-soon-maintenance.zip 2.4.1 version and upload it to your wp.

If it works, I will include this little change in next official update to make sure it still works for you.

@niteo you did it!! hahaha.. i still don’t have the top bar, but thats not important to me. I was able to switch to enabled, it stayed, and tested and saw it up. works perfectly now. thank you!

Perfect, thank you for patience @cmuk723. I will include this change in the next official update so do not worry about updating the plugin via your admin updates.

Unfortunately the topbar is still mystery to me, anyway I’m glad it works for you as expected now.

I would be grateful if someone could help me out.
This plugin is awesome. I was using it flawlessly and thrilled with its sleek look. I started working on my website and now no longer have the coming soon page even though it shows as enabled and on. I deactivated all woocommerce stuff which was the only thing I was working on. Am I missing something else? Any thoughts on how to get the coming soon page back please. Any and all assistance is appreciated. Thank you for your time, energy and attention.

@seanaharvey2005 howdy mate, by checking your website I can see Fifty CMP theme showing as expected, maybe you are logged in your admin therefore bypass CMP? ??
