Not Showing “Umlaute” in German feed

@trkoehler if you look at this screenshot it looks like the feed is stating in its header that the character set used is Latin whereas it should be UTF-8. That is why the characters are all messed up and we show exactly what the feed provides. You may have to contact the feed provider to get this corrected.
