Not showing up back end

  • Hi I installed this plugin the other day and all was working fine for last few days. Today though for some reason the visitors aren’t showing up in the back end, the chat window shows up for them still. Luckily I have the SMS add-on so any chats are coming through to me but now having just do them via SMS as I can’t see them in a browser in the visitor tab. I have tried a couple of browsers and nothing. Not sure what’s happened but would really like to get it back working so I’m not relying on the phone the whole time.

    This is likely just a case of the dates not being set right on the visitors tab of Lively. Make sure the End date goes right up until Today.
