Not Showing Up In Admin

I’m using WordPress 3.9.1 and the “Pin It” button is showing up. Unfortunately the options are not showing up in my Admin. The directions say “Pin It Button will appear in your Admin.” but I don’t see anything.

Am I blind?

I’d love these options so I can help direct how I want the button.
