Not showing up on Admin Panel

I have installed this plugin on two different sites. On one site https://www.lehighvalleygenealogy.com, the plug in settings don’t show up on the Admin Panel on the left so I can’t add any feeds. It works great on my other site. I have tried changing themes to see if it made a difference but it didn’t.

Any idea why it isn’t working? And what I can do to fix it?
