Not showing upload box in gallery

    Good Afternoon,
    I have a problem with Envira Gallery. Yesterday I have update the plugin to the latest version, but after update I not see more the box to upload the image on the gallery but only a blank box (see screenshot https://i.imgur.com/JJyd14x.png). Also the menu on the left (‘Config’, ‘Lightbox’, ‘Mobile’, etc …) doesen’t work, if I click over a tab doesent show nothing (see screenshot https://i.imgur.com/C80RQvW.png).
    Wordpress is update at the latest version and also all the plugins (included Envira Gallery) is update at the latest version.
    Anyone could please help me to resolve this problem?

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind sending in a ticket through our official support channel here? Please include a link to your site, as well as admin-level login credentials (in case we need to go in to investigate). It’s a little tricky to figure out what’s wrong just through screenshots, and we don’t want to just guess at what might be causing it.

    Our support team is off for the weekend, but they’ll be back in tomorrow morning to get everything working properly on your site again.
